One way is to have a dummy outbound delivery for the open stock & do PGI for that open stock and receive that material in the depot trhough MIGO referring your outbound deliery, then it will update the stocks in RG23D, if you did the customization settings correctly. while selling this stock to the customer from depot, you can refer the above outbound delivery.

You have to create that many deliveries for the open stock and receive the goods for each outbound delivery. Then the system will update RG23D delivery wise.
For this initially the depot/manufacturing people has to take required permissions.
or create the material document for 561 with each number of qty what is there in rg2d reg and up date ur rg23d reg
like in rg23d
xyz 25 abc vendor
xyz 50 cdf vendor
u create 561 doc with xyz 25 qty and 561 for xyz 50 and create rg23 d reg entries for this diffrent doc number for \same material
