Issue in ESS Personal Information iViews

Dear Experts,

I have an issue with ESS Personal Information details. The issue is the personal information related iViews such as Bank information , personal id, address iViews are only displays a road map and a button in disabled mode. Its doesn't display any data.

But my Employee search iViews are working fine.;

Any idea about this issue?

You can make use case setting as mentioned above to get the results.

If you need to enable the button, go to the iview for the bank information, CTRL+right click, you can edit the text and also enable/disable the button that is missing. This is how I change descriptions and enable/disable buttons in personal information. Hope this helps.

Ram,

This is because the Subtypes have not been maintained with an appropriate Use Case.

IMG->PA->ESS->Service-Specific Settings->Define Active Subtypes and Application Case

Maintain this table for IT2, IT6, IT9, IT21 for various countries and subtypes with appropriate use cases. This should show up the data within ESS.
