Time Administrator Inbox-Opening Leave request from Employee-Not able to see the IT2001 Screen

Dear All,

There are two time administrators I have. For example TA1, TA2.

When employee opting for creation of leave, Workflow triggering correctly to TA1, TA2 inbox.

However when TA1 opens the same he is able to see the IT2001 screen and Content of that email.

When TA2 opens the e-mail he is able to see only the content of that e-mail not IT2001 screen.

Need solution to fix this issue.
