Hi, when we issue components through MIGO (against production order with mov type 261) t-code, the qty is shown in co02 screens and whereas while issuing thru MB1A, that qty is not shown in co02 as withdrawn qty. please advise what could be the reason for this>

Hi Yadav,

All said and done, why are you using MB1A, Once MIGO transaction available, it's not required to use MB1A,

According to my knowledge, MB1a, MB1B, MB1C were used in older version. MIGO is used in newer version and in this transaction you get all the possibilities.

Still you try what others said, select the order push button and enter the specific order no. or reservation no. and look at the CO02.

If you don't get, I presume, most probably it's because of older version. So Use MIGo only.

Dear Yadav,

Check by issuing the materials in T Code MB1A against the reservation number and check whether this reflects properly under

withdrawn quantity.

Check and revert back.

Hi YS,

If you issue through MB1A (261 or 262), it will not reflect in order. May be becuase we are issuing to the order manually and there is no control, you can issue as much as you want(more than requirement).

Hi,

In MB1A, click on To Order push button on the screen, specify the order number & then issue the components. The component is to be issued w.r.t to order.

Do as per above & revert if you face any issues.
