How to determine which transaction has been used, from a material document

Checked into MB51, it has material document details like USER, DATE and Time but does not

mention what Tcode has been used

Hi,

A few options:

1. In MB51, double click on the document number, it will take you to document detail view, in that at the top of the screen you should find 3 tabs, the last one is Doc. Info. In that you will find the info on transaction used.

2. Go to MIGO, select Display & Material document, enter the document number, you will then select the 3rd tab as per prev. point & you will get the info.

3. At table level, go to MKPF (use t-code SE16), enter the document number & the field TCODE2 will contain the transaction code).

You can check the in the following way

1.MIGO -Select Display Documents -Document Number -Execute-Doc Info .Here you will find Transction Code which u have executed

2.COOIS -Select Goods Movement with documents -Standard Profile -Material Number /Plant Code Execute -It willdisplay the document number .Double click on the documnet number and Hit the "Cap"-Header details which will take you to Transction Type .Here you will find Posting date /posting time /who has posted eveything

In COOIS, under Goods Movement With Documents, checked into HEADER Details under material doc., it mentions Transaction/Event type like WR (Goods Movement for Completion Confirm.) but does not mention txn. Please clarify

Dear ,

If you go to Accounting Document button and double clik on the Document Number , it will take you to Doc-Info scrren of your transction either MIGO or MB31.You can see the Transction Code in the bottom tab .

Check the Material document in Display mode in MIGO or in MB51 and go to DOC Details there are three fields as

Entered By

Created On

Transaction Code

check and revert
