Canadian T4 Box 29 Value

I need to configure Box 29 on Canadian T4 form so that our Canadian expatriates have a value of "16". Can anyone tell me where to link our expatriate ESG to this value? Thanks!

To update my previous question, here's what I had to do:

1. Copy user exit RPCYERKZ to custom program ZPCYERKZ. Add a few lines of custom code to select the employees and set the box 29 value.

2. Update table T596F, symbolic KYER, to reference ZPCYERKZ.
