Portal Server for Deploying

Hi,

I would like to know whether there is any portal server where in I can deploy Webdynpro application (Free or Paid) and preview it. I need this to practice web dynpro. Or can I install demo or trial WAS on my system and deploy applications?

Please let me know if anything is available.

Just download the Trial Version, it can easily be used for local development and learning.

you will need the CE Environment (incl. J2E) and the NWDS

expand the archives and look for sapinst.exe

I find it the easiest to use a virtual machine fo rthe Windows installation, so my regular system is not affected by the SAP installation, but that surely is optional.

Once the installation wizard runs, just confirm the default options and have patience ... you will be asked to download Suns certificates for security and maybe a sun java 5 sdk, unless you already have it.
