Refresh UWL every 1 min automatically

Hi ,

I am in SRM 7.0 but new for Portal. The portal is running on SRM 7.0 system itself. The workitem is coming to approver UWL , but that takes minimum 3 to 4 mins to display in UWL Alerts tab. My requirement is to reduce the time to 1 min.. I have read so many messages but i am not clear how to setup the UWL refresh for every 1 min automatically since I don't have hands on experience. I did change page refreshing rate to 1 min in approval Personalize view of UWL but page is getting refresh but the current workitem is not displaying until I click manually refresh button. Any tutorial or step by step documents to setup this configuration.

Hi,

Im glad, you have read many messages.But, you might have skipped this [wiki|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BPX/CompletedtasksdisappearonlyafterarefreshofUWL+cache].

Drill down to the bottom of the wiki and dont forget to read the note in red.

Thanks for your reply.. I want to let you know that we have only one system which SRM 7.0 is connecting with Portal. So how can I reduce the UWL refresh time to 1 min.
