MSS - UWL Leave Request

Hi:

I have a leave request displaying in the UWL under MSS. However, when I select the leave request to approve or reject, there is no data showing in the task item. Therefore, it will not allow me to process.

Does anyone know how I can delete or remove this item from the UWL?

are backgroud jobs scheduled in SWU3? which is important to complete the WF

Brian, Can you please tell us how you resolvd this issue ???

This is very important for us.

And in future please try and tell us the solution before closing the post. It really feels great pain to see "problem solved" and no solution for it :)...

ensure the note 1140959 is implemented

also background jobs in swu3 are scheduled to run to ensure WF is completed.

I veriified Note 1140959 is implemented.

I also noticed the workflow status for the work item still shows as 'Started' although I have already posted the document to the backend. Why isn't the worflow status showing as 'Complete'?

Hi Brian, for Leave Request, when you open the work item, the Leave Request: Approval page should appears. Then, use the appropiate buttons for approve/reject the request.

To delete any work item, you can proceed with PTARQ > Delete Documents, but before that i suggest you check if it's an erroneous request by PTARQ > Process Errors.

Thanks for the reply.

My issue is when I open the work item in the UWL, there is no information that exists in the work item (no dates, etc). Therefore, the approve/reject buttons do not display because there is nothing to process.

Also, the leave request does not exist in the database when I go to PTARQ > Delete Documents.

I don't know how to delete the task from the UWL since it does not exist in the database.

Hi, to detect erroneous work items use SWIA transaction.

Also you can do a trace with ST01 to detect auth issues.
