Dear All
I am getting following error
Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Channel has not been correctly initialized and cannot process messages
As the Adapter engine is up and working this is not a reason for this error.
I have copied the CC and renamed and checked and still getting the same problem.
Can anyone suggest what could be possible reason for this error
Sourabh
Hi Sourab,
As you have copied the channel and made changes, but CC is not working ,Please check whether the Cache is refreshed.Check in Environment-->Cahce notification. And also Go to SXI_Cache. If everything seems ok then RWB stop and start the channel once again. It seems refreshing issue.
Regards,
Nutan

Hi Sourabh,
Do the following....
1) ID --> Open your communication channel and confirm that all the required details are entered correctlyalso do some dummy changes and actiavte the channel and ensure cache is defect-free.
2) RWB --> Component Monitoring --> Adapter Engine --> Communication Channel Monitoring --> Check the status of your channel.....if needed Stop and again Start the channel.
3) If you are using FCC, keep in mind that Content conversion parameters are case sensitive ....also while copy...paste ...an additional caracter(space) also copied with the parameters...hence make sure they are correct.
Regds,
Pinangshuk.
Hi,
Seems like your communication channel is inactive in ID.
Also, check the status of channel in RWB, if the cluster nodes are active and it has been started.

try restarting the adapter service in visual admin..if still the error persists try restatring the J2EE engine..
As a quick check try
1.RWB go to Adapter Montoring and select the File adapter and check whether it is active status.
2. also try start and stop of the channel in communication channel monitoring
