autorisation in bi7

hi guru

i am BI7 and used RSA1 transaction . i want only that user can see data but i don' want this user can't delete this request.

Dont give ownership to the end users. Just give display 03 in Activity.

S_RS_COMP, S_RS_COMP1, S_RS_MPRO, S_RS_ICUBE. these are the objects which are managing one end users access/authorizations in RSA1.

Maintain your info areas, multi/info providers, info cubes there in the auth objects. Give access to delete or change or modify to the owners of the reports/queries involved with your objects created in RSA1.

Maintain the users in S_RS_COMP1, so that particular end users mentioned in the auth object with the relevant authorization can access the reports with the rights assigned.

Hope this would help you with clear idea.

Try object S_RS_ICUBE.

YOu will have to restrict activity to display only on data.
