Hi,
I have a query wrt the transaction S_ALR_87012357
In Output Lists tab, if we select configure layout, we can select additional fields as per requirement.
However, there are certain additional fields like User field 1, 2, 3.. etc.. which I guess, is configurable to bring in a field which is not available in the list. How does one populate values in these fields.
Has anyone come across / worked on this?
Please suggest..

Hi,
You can make use of the Output lists option on the main screen. Select the standard layout in the for the line item display & select the configure. On the second screen, save this variant with different name & make the changes in the format as per your requirement. As far as possible, avoid making changes in the standard layouts.
