Excise Balances not appearing in J1IH

Dear Experts,

In J1IH Transaction, when i click on balances tab i am getting the balances as zero though i have sufficient balances.

while doing the other adjustment transaction in J1IH, the values are getting posted to PLA register and is it because of the above issue? if so, kindly help me to get the balances to the balances tab.

thanks in advance

suresh

    Dear,

    Please check the configuration.

IMG>Logistics-General>Tax on goods movement>India>Account Determination>Specify excise accounts per excise transaction

IMG>Logistics-General>Tax on goods movement>India>Account Determination>specify GL Accounts per Excise Transaction

Here, check for Configuration are correct for Excise Transaction Type -OTHR

    • thanks for the replies

on checking the other threads, it was found that, this issue comes when we are punching the back dated data into the system. in our case, we are punching the data relating to dec 09 and when we chkd the same in development server by opening the current period, the values are flowing into that tab.

so, i close the issue now.
