SAP Integration Kit - Issue on security

Here is the scenario.

We have a Windows AD with SSO enabled BO environment which works fine.

I installed SAP Integration Kit on the BOE server and everything went well and the user can logon to InfoView with SAP authentication and refresh the report created on a BW query where Authentication Mode is set to "Use SSO when refreshing reports at view time" in Universe Connection setting. so far everything is good.

But we wanted users to logon to the Infoview using windows AD SSO and refresh the same report but we get this error "A database error occured: The Database error text is: The SAP SSO authentication process will fail becuase the current user doesnt have an alias that matches the BW environment name"

Ingo, Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,

in case you want to combine Windows AD with SAP authentication you will have to implement and configure SNC.
