No Action coming while creating the Change request

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to create a Change request. After I enter all the necessary partners in the CR and save it , I do not get any action in the drop down. However after I go out of the CR and once again login , I get the drop down. Can any one let me know how this can be resolved.

Click the document flow button on the Service Desk document. Your change request is there.
