OKC9 substitution PA object data

Hi,

would appreciate your input concerning following problem:

I've created a CO substitution, using formpool ZGBBS000, PA Object only "by EXIT". The program determines the desired entries for field producthierarchy, profitcenter and sales office.

The question is how to transfer the COPA data (characteristic values) automatically into the document so that there is no need to fill in data into the PA object while entering the FI document.

HI,

Unlike a billing document, where there is a preceding document from which characteristics are derived automatically, in FI document only standard values like Profit center, Company code etc, are derived by the system. If you want to derive other Characteristics values, you can define Character derivation in KEDR. This way, you can minimize/avoid user input in a PS.

it's a good idea, unfortunately not able to use because the fields in PA object are required fields.
