We have up to 15 users in CRM Service 7.0, all with same roles and authorisations. One of them cannot see some orders. The screen appears all grey, only the T-Shape of CRM Screen and Order class and Id keep visible. Other users view the whole order without problems. This issue is independent of the PC where the user is logged, and happens only with a few orders. Accesing via SAPGui is ok.
Anyone has coped with this?
