Pricing Issues in Returns


Hi Gurus,

We have some problems with Pricing in CRM 7.0 Service. Pricing Totals and Pricing Details are not shown on header level for CRM Return. On item level, details appear Inactive. Nevertheless, prices are transferred to ERP correctly where Return can be invoiced.

In some cases, we find that, after having entered manually prices in amount field, when searching for a Return and checking it, we can see Amount = 0, but Net value = amount manually entered.

There are no Price details, but in Price Totals Assignment block all fields = CONDItem not bound. We cannot give an example, since it happens u201Crandomlyu201D.

Any idea will be appreciated.
