Characterstics in KE30 report

Hi friends,

I have a report in KE30 for which I want to add a field in the characterstics. The report relates to Sales revenue and I want to add the characterstic Ship to Party in the Characterstics. However, when I check the characterstics list while chaning the report, I do not see Ship to Party in the list.

How can I add Ship to Party in the characterstics list?

Any replies will be highly appreciated.

Hi friends,

I want to add another field in the report i.e Order reason. I can see the Order reason in KEA0 in the characterstics. However, in KE30, when i go to change the report, I do not see the Order reason in the Characterstics. Is there any table that I need to update so that I can see the Order reason in the characterstics?

Thanks a lot for the quick responses........But I do not see the field Ship to Party in the "Transfer from" option.

Do I need to add this characterstic somewhere so that it will appear in the list?

Hi,

KEA0 (Maintain operating Concern) ->Data Structure->Change-> Move Characteristic 'KUNWE' from 'Transfer from' and Activate data structure, generate Operating concern. Future CO-PA documents will have KUNWE populated. If you want to populate for old records also, then you have to redetermine profitability segment using KE4S (read <F1> help on this field)

Hi,

Check whether it is their in Data structure of operating concern in transaction KEAO. If it is not in selection criteria, make it as selection creteria in Data structure.
