i would like to ask whether this scenario is possible do be reproduced in SAP:
When using service management service dept. creates notification and order in SAP providing service operations and spare parts as an service operation to customer.
A sales guy makes an agreement (unofficially) with customer, in case customer buys a machine he gets service with 50% discount.
My question is, is it anyhow possible to split costs for service as
50% Cost center of Sales guy - 4000
50% Cost center of Service dept - 4010
directly when creating an service order, online and no afterward?
The thing is when Service department creates service order with 50% discount the full costs are settled on theirs cost center, so when they run CO-PA they have minus figures comparing to revenues.
@ I know that costs can be posted later onto different cost centers, but this requires lots of paperwork and confirmations from sales
@ Is it anyhow possible by using costing sheets?
What is your opinion?
