regarding upgarde

HI All,

In 4.7 version one workflow is in the middle(not completed) but that workflow is upgraded to ecc 6.0

can you pls tell me the what are all the issues araise during upgarde for this workflow?

Hi

For upgradation if its a custom workflow. You have to redesign it. This workflow will set to error state after upgrade.

Hi Suresh,

We had faced a similar issue during upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0. All workflows which were awaiting action from an agent or were in progress had to be restarted after the upgrade.

Most of the agents didnt see the workitems in their inboxes after upgrade, and the ones who were able to were not able to execute the items since they were getting an error. We logically deleted the old workitems and re-started the workflow afresh after upgrade.
