PI 7.1 Problem in Monitor

Dear experts ,

On PI TRx Sxi_Monitor , we see some red lights status as errors with the following descriprion:

Proxy calls are not permitted on sender or receiver side on the IS (client)

Exception of class CX_XMS_SYSERR_ENGINE

Tis error appears every hour like it is schaduled ,

We have chech the following processes :

- No dumps

- No Jobs ending with errors

- No users locking

Also make the checks in the note #1415667 SXMB_MONI - errors related to sender interface "urn:SAPCCMS". This note should solve the issue for you.

Hi Moshe

This is a known issue and is caused by the CCMS batch job "SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP" which runs every hour in your system. Please see the link below. The link recommends that you Activate both background dispatching and central system dispatching in client 000.

Can you check that these CCMS jobs have been activated in client 000. When you do this, you should no longer get the error in sxmb_moni.

We had made the Activating and Deactivating Method Execution you have mentioned ,

But still same error line every one hour ,

What is your PI version/SP?

Have you configured any proxy scenarios on the PI client? It is not possible to use the PI as a proxy sender/receiver.

Is this unrelated to any or your own configurations? For example, do you see any reference to a sender interface SAPCCMS

in sxmb_moni?

The client calling proxy and the XI server client should be different.
