Importing Tax information thro BP Fiscal tax id

Hi

i have imported BP master data in the system. Now i want to import tax information related to every business partner. For this i have filled template BPFiscalTaxId.

For this during import i am selecting 2 templates business partners and BPFiscalTaxId. As im updating so i have filled only BP codes in business partners template.

I have selected command update as well as import but im not able to import.

Error is"entry already exist in the following table(ODBC-2035)"

"Provide state and country for ship to party name"

please provide solution for this..

Try only one BP with RecordKey 1 without linenum.

hI

i have tried everything.

I considered two templates one of Business partners in which i have taken only cardcodes and other is BPFiscalTaxId in which i have taken all taxids in front of record key without line no.

Command choosed is import and update.

Result is all operations completed successfully.

But still on running query select * from Crd7, there is no result.

Plz suggest something..should i send both templates to you??

you managed to solve this problem? I'm exactly the same problem, I import all the records, but when I link the file BPFiscalTaxId the DTW returns me the error "This entry already exists in the Following tables (ODBC - 2035)" but I've checked the table and the table CRD7 is empty.

How did you manage to solve?

Solution

The fields of the table CRD7 are exposed to the DI API and Data Transfer Workbench (DTW) through the BPFiscalTaxId entry in the BusinessPartner object.

To be able to import data via DTW into these fields we suggest to follow the steps described below:

Create a data import file BPFiscalTaxId. See the sample file attached to this Note for your reference.

Select the business object oBusinessPartners in the first step of the DTW import.

Select the appropriate data import file for the BusinessPartner header object

Select the data file created in Step 1 for the BPFiscalTaxID lines object

REMARK:

1. Please review the attached sample file in order to recognise the different fields for the table.

In the DTW import ensure that the mapping to the different fields is correct.

2. The Fields Ecc.NO, CE Registration, CE Range, CE division, CE commissionerate are accessible in the Business One application under

have yet not been exposed via the DI API.

Still receiving an error:

"The entry already exist in following table"ODBC-2035.

My procedure:

1. I have created fiscalTaxId template as shown in sample.

2. In DTW window i have linked primary templete business partners

3. linked fiscalTaxId template as shown below.

Selected option update as well as import.

and then next>>

error is:

"The entry already exist in following table"ODBC-2035.

You may run a simple query first to see if you have any records already in CRD7 table:

SELECT * FROM CRD7

I have run this query there is no result..

I have 823 BPs in no. while linking Business partner template and fiscal id template i click target data. It results in "only 100 records displayed". Where are others?

Now on importing i find that not all TAx ids imported very few are imported...

Plz give solution for this..

You may check the BP imported successful to see any differences comparing with those not successful.
