I am New in SAP PP any one can you please share me the Repetitive Manufacturing and Process industry documents with step by step in screen shots.

Thanks for the quick feedback & reply
In REM, there will not be Production/Process Orders, there will be only Planned Orders
Directly, Planned Orders will be confirmed using the Transaction Code : MFBF.
This is one of the main differences, between REM & Discrete Manufacturing.

First kindly go through the complete theoretical concept, then look for the steps in the System

Thanks for your quick response.

If you have SAP Production planning entire Process flow and configuration documents (Example: Dis create,Process Industries and REM).if you have such documents means could you please share it to me it will be more help full for me. I have search in online there only topic wise showing i need entire documents from starting to end point.awaiting for your response.

This document is nice. I have few quires if I create one Finished product I will follow the above steps. For this finished product I need raw materials and SFG materials. My query is for raw and SFG material I can maintain same production version, REM profile, Cost collector for all the raw materials of this Finished product BOM.

I have knowledge in Discrete Manufacturing .The process is flow below

For Make to order

1.sales order

2. MRP Run

3. Planned order conversion

4.Planned order to production order convert and release

5. Production order issue and collect the materials do the fabrication

6.Order confirmation

7.Goods Receipt

8.Stock upload and PGI(VL01N)

9.invoice

10.Payment receive

in above your REM steps I reviewed there direct planned order is showing after that production order process is not there. can you please tell in REM no production order process is follow.
