Lead and complaint workflow in SAP CRM web UI

In CRM Webui portal we mantain lead management and complaint management functionality .These 2 functionalities have separate interface including different BI reports, differerent activity report e.t.c

Both the functionality have different work flow tasks but the content is not specific is common for both complaints and leads.
The work flow tasks of complaint management contains both leads and complaints, the same is for lead management portal.

I want the complaints to be displayed only in the complaint interface and leads in the lead interface.

Is there a way we can bifurcate the leads and complaints into its respective workflows?
