Lack of documentation on DS 0HE_SLC_PI_1

We´re implementing an upgrade from the ECC 600 to the EHP4, and a new datasource appeared that im finding very difficult to find any documentation (Library, marketplace, notes, even google!!), the datasource is 0HE_SLC_PI_1 corresponding to the IS-HER (Higher Education And Research), any comments or links to the documentation will be great.
