We have done Customer Checkout integration with SAP Business One HANA 9.3 PL 04. When I try to post a receipt from SAP Customer Checkout it gets stuck in the CCO Monitor in status Inconsistent. The error message in the CCO Monitor is Exception : DI Error: (-2028) No matching records found (ODBC -2028)-The di call #1 did fail.
I verified the following scenarios, eventhough I am getting error.
please help us to sort out.
