DI Error: (-2028) No matching records found (ODBC -2028)-The di call #1 did fail CCO

Dear Expert,

We have done Customer Checkout integration with SAP Business One HANA 9.3 PL 04. When I try to post a receipt from SAP Customer Checkout it gets stuck in the CCO Monitor in status Inconsistent. The error message in the CCO Monitor is Exception : DI Error: (-2028) No matching records found (ODBC -2028)-The di call #1 did fail.

I verified the following scenarios, eventhough I am getting error.

  • The GL Code which I mapped in CCO, marked as Cash Flow Relevant. Also it is Cash Account.
  • Cash Flow Line Item ID maintained in SAP which I mapped under Local Field Name = RECEIPT_TYPE_CODE

please help us to sort out.
