Hi Experts,

Can you tel me detail about the following nodes under Professional TAX

1. -Maintain method and form layout for PTAX grouping(what is method,form layout,basis type & + )

2. -How we will maintain the feature INPT ,INPX & 40PTX

3. -user exit determine personnel sub area grouping for PTax(why v need to maintain this Step)

Hi,

Table V_T7INP3 is used to define the Region, Slab code used etc for Professional Tax deduction. On the field '+' documentation provided by SAP explains better. This filed applies to tell how a retroactive calculation sould be done for PTax

Usually the standard configuration provided by SAP will suffice for all state's PTax calculation. In case you need to make changed according to customer requirement, you can use the User Exit.
