NW'04 Support pack upgrade from SP-16 to SP-25

Hi

There is a requirement where in we need to apply latest SP stack 25 for NW'04,we are at stack level 16,I was checking at this help link [Help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/57/a21f407b402402e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm] but could see release notes information till support pack stack 21,Iam looking at release notes SP25,

BW team wants to know what all the new bugs what were fixed in new stack.
