Production order Output Qty and Input Qty vary from actual

Hi ,

I am sharad working in manufacturing industry . In SAP we are creating production order for 200 nos .and actual production coming to 224 nos . actual consumption is also differ to consumption declared in SAP . due to this every time we are getting physical inventory variance .

Requesting you to let me know which process we have to follow to get accurate data .and which process we are missing .

Hi,

I would suggest reviewing the production structure first if this happens frequently create the production order as plan (batch size).

If deviations in planned and actual you can enter over/under/unlimited delivery at the order level.

Hello Joshi,

You can go with Over delivery tolerance in production order or material level.So that you can have exact goods receipt. Also can use unlimited delivery.Kindly check and revert back.
