Hi WM gurus,

I need help with this please. Would you know in which scenario/ case the Bin will show a material document number in the TO field on statistics tab (LS02N, LS03N).

I searched in my system but can't find any .

Hi,

don't know if Juergen L answered your question already. But for everyone else here: sometimes the F1 help does give useful information (not always, but it is always worth a try)! Like here it says

"Transfer order number of last stock transfer

Number of the transfer order that last accessed this storage bin. If the storage bin was last posted to from the Inventory Management system and the stock in the bin was changed by the posting, this field contains the number of the material document concerned (this is important in the case of interim storage bins)."

P.S. and LS03n is not an EWM transaction. But surprise, LS03 is. And even more surprising: the same F1 Help (more or less) 🙂

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!

Salvo, you are looking for the field BTANR. That field is in both the LAGP and LQUA tables. In LQUA, the material document detail can potentially be carried for along with the quant for a longer period of time.

Hi Jurgen,

Thanks for your reply. I looked into it again but it's not what I'm actually looking for. As you say in the F1 help it says "If the storage bin was last posted to from the Inventory Management system and the stock in the bin was changed by the posting, this field contains the number of the material document concerned (this is important in the case of interim storage bins)."

I am not able to find any record in WM tables (e.g LAGP - storage bin table) where I can see a material document number in this field. . I only see TO numbers. I'm trying to understand which IM transaction/ scenario will get a material document no. recorded in the TO field in LS03N as said in the SAP help. I can't find any?

Thanks,

Salvo.
