Bulk Loader Option are not available (Data Integrator Designer)

Hi to all.

I'm using Data Integrator XI 3.1 with TD release 12.

The problem is that the Bulk Loader option for Teradata are not available to be used.

The Teradata client 12 is fully installed (ODBC, Stand alone utilities (fastload, multiload...), named pipe and Teradata Parallel Transporter).

Do you have some suggestions? Why the designer 'cannot see' the bulk loaders?

Thank you in advance

Sergio

you need bulk load utility at run time not at Desgin time, and yes they should be available on job server Machine

when creating a DF in Designer, you need connectivity to Teradata, to import the tables once the tables are imported you can use them as target and set the bulkloader, type and options click on the Bulk Loader tab for taget, and from the drop down list select the bulk load type and set the parameters by default its none

are you not seeing th Bulk Loader tab or Bulk Load dropdown list ? Designer will not check for availability of bulk load utilities
