Remove the stock

Hi,

Due one warehouse burnt, physically there is no stock.

but system stock is there. How to remove the stock .

BY doing Physical inventory we can remove stock

but stock exit in different interim storages and negative stock also exits.

how to proceed?

Hi,

In my opinion first you shoul make order in you warehouse:

- process all TRs (LB10, PCNs (LU04)

- reverse picking against deliveries (if picked goods cannot be delivered due to damage)

- if still you have minus stock you should investigate what the reason is (is it allowed in IM? There's no corresponding PCN?) --> eliminate it (it may happen you have to move the proper +quant to the -quant manually.

So, I suggest to make preparation first, and only after that start PI (you should be able to make order in the syste, only the wh burnt).
