Hello colleagues,
I currently have the following requirement in a SAP Sales Cloud implementation project, integrated to SAP S/4HANA:
The customer uses Sales Schedule Agreements instead of Sales Contracts in the S/4HANA system and want to have the Schedule Agreements to be also created/updated in the SAP Sales Cloud system, integrated to the S/4HANA Schedule Agreement.
As per any available documentation, SAP Sales Cloud does not include this object (Schedule Agreement)
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to deal with this challenge?
Should I create a custom object in SAP Sales Cloud for the Schedule Agreement and a custom Idoc in the integration (SCPI) to point it to its counterpart in SAP S/4HANA?
Can the SAP Sales Cloud Contract or Sales Order objects be adapted to accommodate the SAP S/4HANA Schedule Agreement?
Does anyone know if Schedule Agreements are considered in the SAP Sales Cloud Product Roadmap?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Eduardo Mentzingen
Hi Cengiz
I was fortunate that the customer changed his mind about Schedule Agreements and moved on with Contracts, so the issue was solved by other means.
I could not find anything in the available documentation about Schedule Agreements in C4C, including the product roadmap.
Best regards,
Eduardo Mentzingen
