Magnetic media

What transaction is used to generate a magnetic media file, I used B1B2, but it is for Canada. These files are SSA files and where are they saved in the system. I can view them in the Tax Reporter but If I run for many employees, these files needs to be download to disk but how to get this files and what procedure is used to transfer these files.

The mag media files are generated in Tax Reporter (US) and Year End Reporting (Canada). It's not clear in your update if you are not able to generate these files through these programs or you are looking another way to generate them. Could you please update us with more details?

Hello Jack,

Use T-code PU19 to run any desired tax form. When you run it system automatically generates Mag media.

You can also do configuration of Mag Media in configuration.
