Email Content doesn't update in the first replay in service desk

Dear Expert,

Im now developing service desk solution manager Ehp 1, and i found some problem.

1. email content doesn't update in the first reply, but in the second i replay the message email content will show the first message but not the second email and so on. why it could happen?

2. email for creator or Reported by come twice identically even i just set just for one. what happen?

3. i create new partner function for supervisor, also for rule (pfac) and also assign for actions. am i missed something?

Please help me experts. please shared your knowledge.
