Hi Amol,

I assume that you need to specify the file location in Word.

Go to........ MS Word > Tools > Options > File locations > Modify

Still if you face the same issue....you may need to re-install WWI !

Amol:

The WWI server being up and running is independent of the display of an already generated report on your front end. You should read the IMG help for WWI installation - i.e. you need to have a local installation of WWI on your machine to display a report.

I suggest you re-install WWI in your front end machine, or upgrade to a newer version of the SAP gui that comes with WWI.

Hello all

I agree with Robert. To handle EH&S WWI reports two actions are required:

a.) set up of WWI servers and make them available in SAP (RFC connection, intsallation of printer drivers etc. etc.)

b.) set up of a local WWI installation on the client

With ECC 6.0 Enhancement Package 3 you need not to install the WWI locally any more (but in this case you need a higher number of WWI servers). Please refer to documentation of SAP if you would like to use this new option.

It is highly recommended to have the same WWI version on server and on client (as well as the same word version etc.). Regarding "report from template" you need the local installation in any case (make sure that all graphics you need are installed etc.). Further more if you would like to use EH&S GLM you need a different WWI server installation. Please refer to the corresponding documentation of SAP.

With best regards

C.B.
