Hello Friends

When we create a PO , by default Info Update ticket is enabled in the PO document.We want to be unticked by default.

We have checked the config , info update tick field is checked with optional.Is there is any other settings influence this function.Please assist me.Thanks

    Hi,

    If you want to arrest the automatic updation of info record, then you should not tick any of the check boxes (It means suppressing the field), then the respective field will not come in purchasing document.

    Hi

    go to ur user ID thro SU01 & under parameter tab assign this default value there using parameter as EVO

    after wards it will not pick up tick

    Hi Balaji,

    Where exactly in config did you check the settings for the Info Update Indicator?

    I would advice you to check what settings have been made under the below node:

    SPRO-> SAP Reference IMG-> Materials Management-> Purchasing-> Environment Data-> Define Default Values for Buyers

    Click on Settings for Default Values and choose the group to which the users belongs to.

    Under the Indicators tab keep the text box - Purchase Order blank in the Info Record Update section.

    The setting that i mentioned above overrides any other setting for Info Update Indicator.

    Hope this helps.
