This can be done by appling OSS note only if service order is not relesed. I ma not sure of OSS note. I will let you know if I get the OSS note number. Or you can raise a request to SAp for it. They will help you.

But if you complete technically, you can bring back to IN PROCESS AGAIN.

Set a deletion flag in the notification, then in the IW28/IW58 selection-screen exclude status DLFL

Hi Radhika,

When you go to IW28 under General data tab, you get Status excluded field. In that select DLFL and you will get list of notifications excluding the ones with Deletion Flag

sad to say, but there is no way to reverse a release once the notification has been saved
