Thanks for your help,
we changed the pwd in ABAP stack but it was not reflecting on java stact.reason being on identity management for java stack was mapped to 001 client than our existing client.
we changed the client and restarted our PI server .
pwd changes reflected on java stack

In SU01 you can do this.
If u don have authorization to change password, contact you basis team. the password validity also need to be checked in SU01.

Password for JAVA Stack & ABAP Stack is same for a user.
Goto SU01 for changing the password.

The password needs to be changed for the user in SU01.
