Is it Necessary to create an Excise invoice in Export by !00% EOU

Hi All

Need some clarification

Is it necessary to create Excise Invoice for export by a 100% EOU ( Export Oriented Undertaking ). ?

I know as per excise regulation we cant remove excisable goods from factory.

Please Advice with detail process with CIN Configuration Setting ( Particularly SD Part from Creation of Export order to Closing of ARE1)

thanks in advance

Obviously you have to create an excise invoice. Of course ARE-1 is exempted here. I believe instead of ARE-1, Annexure-IV form would be submitted.

    • Once you create and save a billing document, you have to create an excise invoice in J1IIN referencing this billing document. Since the excise values would be there in billing document, it would be copied into excise invoice also and you need to just save the document.

For CIN configuration, please search the forum.

      thanks
