Inspection lot creation enhancement (QM not active is set)

We want to enable inspection lot creation for one case of stock transfer with 311. That is in customization, 311 is set "QM not active", and in most of the stock transfer case, no inspection lot need to be created, but in one case, inspection lot should be created. Is there any enhancement(User exit)?

NO NEED TO APPLY ANY USER EXIT.

JUST ACTIVATE THE INSPECTION TYPE 08 IN MATERIAL MASTER FOR THAT MATERIAL.

EVERY TIME SLOC IS CHANGED, INSPECTION LOT WILL BE GENERATED FOR THE MATERIAL.
