IT 0015 wagetype, Unit needs to be defaulted to Hours

Hi Frnds !!

I have created a WT in IT0015 and the characteristics that I have defined is NO AMT ONLY NUMBER. And the unit that I have defined is HOURS.

Now the requirement is that, when the user logs into PA30 and goes into IT15 and into the respective WT, the unit should default to HOURS when the screen appears.

Is this possible in Standard SAP and if so how??
