Trying to create report that would reference diffrent appset on the same server, is it possible? or Applications should be in the same appset?

Accessing the data from different appsets is not feasible. You can access any data from any application, provided that they are in the same appset. For every appset, there is a different database created in SQL.

you can not report from multiple appset.
You can report from multiple applications but not from different appset.
If you are looking to all EV function you don't have a parameter appset..
