As an experiment I tried to assign a technical user some system privilege (namely CREATE SCHEMA), literally
- to create schema programatically. However, the app deployment always fails with obscure log messages (and lots of Java stack entries):
04/12/18 14:41:22.168 [APP/1-1] ERR #2.0#2018 12 04 15:41:22.168#+01:00#ERROR#com.sap.cloud.lm.sl.cf.process.steps.PollExecuteTaskStatusStep#
04/12/18 14:41:22.168 [APP/1-1] ERR ###F7D2D764439E427898D3EB993B451813###com.sap.cloud.lm.sl.cf.process.steps.StepsUtil########pool-6-thread-2#PLAIN##
04/12/18 14:41:22.168 [APP/1-1] ERR Error executing task "deploy" on application "db"#
The DB version is 2.00.024.
Is it at all possible? If one needs to create schema and tables in that schema in run-time how it should be done?
