Distribution List for Production order type.

I have a requirement to develop a new Report for the below requirement. As a functional consultant i have to prepare the Functional specification

When GR is posted with 101 movement then an auto mail has to be generated to the list of mail id’s in the distribution list based on the production order type, plant and SLOC.

Can some one help me on this??
