Vendor not seen in LFA1

Dear experts,

We have defined internal numbering range for the Vendor master.

There are 5 vendors in J_1IMOVEND table for the corresponding PAN number.

But in LFA1 table, only 4 vendors are seen.

In XK03 also it is saying vendor is not created.

Can you please suggest regarding that.

Pls check if someonce make changes directly into database tables for vendor 1861, there cannot be such other option to maintained the vendor only for J_1IGMOVEND!

There is no option as such. The users are not having such authorization.

Can you check the same with CDHDR table it will give your the correct information about the changes! with objected, and object name mention vendor number and check what data you are getting !

If the vendor itself is not created, then how it can be inserted in database tables.:)

& regarding CDHDR table, CDHDR provides data about changes (i e. after creation).

You can check the changes for Table J_1IGMOVEND to check when and who inserted the data in that table!

I checked in Audit Trail(AUT10), I am not able to find any such entries.

Please guide if you know something more.

if the suppliers are valid partners, try creating the vendors again

It is creating new vendors, now the current no is 4005.

But in between some vendor is missed out.

If you can narrow down the date of supposed vendor creation, check in ST22 for any update errors.

Here in this case I don’t know the date of creation & time etc.
