Hi Experts,
Can any one tell me for TCODE for List of all Proforma Sales Invoices.
If not do I need to write a program for the same.

Billing Type as Proforma
Execute to display the result of all Pro Forma Invoices

Goto SE16, table VBRK, give Document type = pro forma billing type.
execute.
You will get all proforma invoices.

There is no such Tcode exsist in SAP but yes with the help of your Abeper you can develop Ztcode for the same.
