Calculate Defect Rate in SAP QM

Hi Experts,

How can we calculate the KPI Defect rate i.e (No. of Items wih defects/Total no. of items produced)*100%?

Dear Haresh Kanzaria,

I think the problem is described a bit generic. Please clarify the process you have and what kind of defects are these? Then Community members might have some ideas for you.

Some tables in the QM area, which came into my mind related to defects:

QMFE - Quality notification - items / Defect
QMFEL - Defect data records for the inspection lot
