SMTP server is requiring user authentication, how to configure in SAP ???

Dear Experts,

We configured our SAP system to send and receive mails. Sending mail to local mail addresses is working fine but sending mail to

external mail addresses is not working so our SMTP server is requiring Authentication as we outsourced the mail services, hosting

company does not allow to set RELY for our SAP server because of security issues. My question is that is there a way for defining

mail server authentication info in SAP so that SAP system is able to send mail to external mail addresses. Something like calling RFC

or creating Function in a way where we can define mail server authentication info like SMTP server address (IP), username and passwordu2026
